National Guard Obstacle Course
January 22, 2013
Today was probably one of the most interesting and fun days in P.E. It was packed full of excitement. The National Guard payed North Greene school a visit, and gave us a pretty intense period. They brought along with them a giant blow up obstacle course. After a breif introduction of what we were about to encounter everyone was ready to go. All of the students were divided into two groups for a relay race. Once the first person dove in they were on their knees crawling up the "rock wall" and sliding right down the slide after that. Once you reached the bottom you were pouncing through the tires trying not to trip! Then, back to your knees for some more crawling. To conclude the obstacle course you had to squeeze yourself through hoping not to get stuck inbetween the blow-up blockers. Overall everyone seemed to really enjoy themselves and it was a nice change in pace. I'm sure all of the P.E. students really enjoyed and appreciated it!
